Pyewacket Making its European Premiere at Glasgow FrightFest 2018

The Canadian horror film Pyewacket will have its European premiere at Glasgow FrightFest on 3 March 2018, so if you happen to be in Scotland at that time, you can get your tickets here. If not, keep in mind that Signature Entertainment will release the film on Digital HD in the UK on April 16 and on DVD on April 23.

The film was written and directed by Backcountry’s Adam MacDonald, and stars Nicole Muñoz, Laurie Holden, Chloe Rose, and Eric Osborne.

It will be released on VOD by IFC Midnight in the US on March 23.

Synopsis:
A teenage girl named Leah is forced to move with her mother into a remote house in the woods after the death of her father. Feeling desperate and vengeful, Leah soon turns to black magic to summon a mythical witch to kill her mother but soon regrets her diabolical plans as the titular witch proves to be more evil than even she could imagine.
