Direct to DVD Horrors Update

Man, they just can’t leave the title for the film formerly known as Plane Dead (review) alone, can they? First it was changed to Flight of the Living Dead, now it’s being called Flight of the Living Dead: Outbreak on a Plane, as if they’re trying to jump on the already-broken down Snakes on a Plane bandwagon.
No matter what it’s called, though, it’s still a damn fun zombie movie as we discussed in our latest Dinner for Fiends, and Davis DVD discovered that it’s due for a direct-to-DVD this October, right alongside another flick we’re all looking forward to, Wrong Turn 2: Dead End, as well as the recently aired (and summarily trashed by The Foywonder in his review) Lake Placid 2.
Other titles the site received minor updates on are Return to House on Haunted Hill, which Warner expects to be done by the end of the year, and Lost Boys 2, due out next summer. As soon as we have more detailed updates on any of these you’ll be the first to know!
