We always dig teaser trailers more than actual trailers, because there’s often something so mysterious and intriguing about them. Once the full trailer arrives, the surprise element is typically washed away completely, but for now, we’re super into whatever’s going on in this Lavender teaser. Dig it!
Written by Ed Gass-Donnelly and Colin Frizzell, and directed by Gass-Donnelly (The Last Exorcism Part II), the film stars Justin Long (Tusk), Abbie Cornish (Sucker Punch), Diego Klattenhoff (Pacific Rim), and Dermot Mulroney (Insidious: Chapter 3).
Synopsis:
Jane is a photographer who is forced to come to terms with her mysterious and tragic past after a horrendous car accident robs her of her memory. Along with her husband and daughter, Jane returns to her childhood home and reconnects with her estranged uncle. To take control of her life, Jane must confront a mysterious lurking force and grapple with a past that continues to haunt her.
