Tribeca Horrors ’07: Black Sheep

With the Tribeca Film Festival gearing up in New York City, there’s a lot more than spring in the hazy Tri-State air! Of course, most people in NYC have never even seen a real life sheep, but that doesn’t stop them from being hilariously terrifying in the new animals-gone-amok movie from Jonathan King!
As we told you about in our coverage of the horror helpings of the Tribeca Film Festival, King’s sheep gone baaaaad (sorry) flick Black Sheep will be showing in the city so nice they named it twice. In case you’ve been under a rock or living in a hole and don’t know what the film is about, here’s some plot for ya;
An entrepreneurial farm owner wants to revolutionize the industry with genetically engineered sheep. But when environmental activists try to stop him, they accidentally unleash his baaaad experiment into the world. And this sheep likes blood. In a country where sheep outnumber humans, the last thing you should ever do is piss them off. An IFC First Take Release. Click here to see the Black Sheep trailer!
This is one we’ve been looking forward to for a long time now, so hopefully you’ll do us a favor and get your ass out to see it! Check out when you can catch Black Sheep at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival!
Where would you be without images, lots and lots of images? Perish the thought!
