New Living and the Dead Trailer

All right, everyone’s been raving about The Living and the Dead since it premiered at International Film Festival Rotterdam last year; indeed our own Evil Andy enjoyed it quite a bit when he caught it during last summer’s Fantasia (read his The Living and the Dead review here), but I’ll be damned if I can find the trailers for it interesting.
It’s about the relationship between a dying woman and her schizophrenic son, who believes he’s in charge of their household when his father leaves for a few days to settle their estate. He locks his mother’s nurse out of the house and begins to care for his mother, but since his grasp on reality is tenuous at best, things go bad very quickly.
Though it doesn’t sound like the most interesting premise and the latest trailer for it (which you can check out in our Broadband section) doesn’t come across as anything that would be too emotionally wrecking, apparently that’s just the effect it’s been having on audiences around the world.
For more on the film be sure to visit its official page on director Simon Rumley’s page, and look for more updates on The Living and the Dead very soon!
