Turkish Horror Film Baskin Spawns Limited Toy Line

Directed by Can Evrenol, Turkish film Baskin (review) was acquired for distribution here in the States by IFC Midnight, and while we wait for a release date, we wanted to show off some truly awesome limited edition action figures the film just spawned. Read on to check ’em out!
After Manborg, Bio-Cop, Surf-Nazis Must Die, Fist of Jesus, Fungor, and Turbo Kid, Can Evrenol’s Baskin is going to be Goodleg Toys’ 7th (official!) movie action figure resin release. The figures are 3.75″ tall, 100% handmade, and limited to just 15 pieces each.
The first wave of figures features Arda The Cop, The Master Creep, and The Father. Priced at $65 for a single piece and $165 for a full set of 3, they will touch down on January 6th, 6.66pm GMT+1, Berlin time – that’s 6 minutes past 7pm, to be precise!

Synopsis:
Five cops working the graveyard shift in the middle of nowhere are dispatched to investigate a disturbance. Isolated and without back-up, they find themselves confronting a labyrinthine ruin. Pushing ever further into the depths of the lair, it becomes clear they have stumbled into the darkest pits of a terrible evil… a squalid and blood-soaked den of ritual led by The Father – the master of all their nightmares – who will plunge them ever deeper down the rabbit hole and into the very mouth of madness.
