In this day and age, you have to respect filmmakers for daring to be original and innovative. And while shooting on VHS may not be anything new, and back in the Stone Age it was actually considered normal, by today’s standards it’s certainly a bold endeavour.
My Master Satan (Facebook page here) serves as a sequel to Satan’s Coming for You, with director Dakota Bailey returning. And it’s not a possession/exorcism style story as the title suggests, but rather a tale about two drugged-up killers. Combine that with a deliberately low-budget, trashy quality, and you’ve got a winning formula.
The short will be released on November 23, 2015.
