New Fear the Walking Dead Promo Hunts for the Missing

Another new promo has arrived for AMC’s upcoming “Fear the Walking Dead,” and while we’ve been hoping to learn the actual premiere date of the show, it continues teasing us with “August” and nothing else. No doubt during the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con we’ll find out when it’s debuting. In the meantime, check out the video, and expect lots more soon!
The “Fear the Walking Dead” cast includes Cliff Curtis, Colman Domingo, Ruben Blades, Kim Dickens, Alycia Debnam Carey, Mercedes Mason, Shawn Hatosy, and Frank Dillane. The series is set in Los Angeles and focuses on new characters and storylines.
The show’s first season will consist of six one-hour episodes. The second season will air in 2016.
Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, and David Alpert from “The Walking Dead” are executive producers of the new series, which, like the original, is being produced by AMC Studios. Dave Erickson (“Marco Polo,” “Sons of Anarchy”), who co-created and co-wrote the pilot with Kirkman, is an executive producer and showrunner.

Synopsis:
“Fear the Walking Dead” takes us back to the beginning of the zombie apocalypse – a time when the world was changing rapidly for reasons unknown, before anyone understood exactly what was happening, when life as everyone knew it was upended and altered in ways no one could have ever imagined.
