CHANNEL ZERO: THE DREAM DOOR Gets New Poster & October Release Date

Syfy is about to launch the fourth season of their answer to American Horror Story; Channel Zero is a creepypasta-inspired anthology series. Like AHS, each season features a new story with a new cast of characters. Candle Cove debut in 2016, followed by No End House in 2017 and Butcher’s Block last February.

Now, we have a premiere date for Season 4: Channel Zero: The Dream Door will hit the airways beginning October 26th. The announcement came with the stunning new poster seen at right.

Synopsis:
Based on the creepypasta Hidden Door by Charlotte Bywater, The Dream Door centers on a pair of newlyweds, Jillian (Maria Sten) and Tom Hodgson (Brandon Scott, returning from the cast of Butcher’s Block). When the couple discovers a mysterious door in their basement, all hell soon breaks loose, threatening both their marriage and their lives. Horror genre vets Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator) and Steven Weber (The Shining miniseries) appear in supporting roles.

Unlike past seasons which aired an episode every week, Channel Zero: The Dream Door will be presented miniseries-style with a new episode every night, culminating on Halloween. We don’t have a trailer yet, but one can’t be far off now. Stay tuned!
