West Hollywood Annual Halloween Costume Carnival

Last night, on October 31, 2012, the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval celebrated its 25th anniversary by becoming the world's largest city-sanctioned Halloween party, and Dread Central was there to bring back all the colorful sights for you.

If you don't already know, the city of West Hollywood, California, shuts down its main thoroughfare to traffic every October 31st to transform into the largest city-sanctioned Halloween street party in the world.
