New Promo and Official Synopsis Released for The Walking Dead Episode 7.01 – The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be

We’re all anxious to see what awaits us in the Season 7 premiere of “The Walking Dead,” and today not only do we finally have the episode’s title and (albeit brief) synopsis to share, but a new promo has arrived that gives us a “look ahead.”
“The Walking Dead” returns Sunday, October 23, with Episode 7.01, “The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be,” written by showrunner/exec producer Scott Gimple and directed by exec producer Greg Nicotero. But first, be sure to tune in to next week’s two-hour retrospective “The Walking Dead: Journey So Far” at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT (more details here, including a new sneak peek).

Last season ended with Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and our group kneeling helplessly before Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his group. What Negan does will haunt those who survive forever.
