The winners of the Fox Network's 2010 Teen Choice Awards were announced yesterday (with the actual awards show airing tonight, Monday, August 9th, at 8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), and to say that vampires dominated the event is an understatement. The Twilight Saga movies (both New Moon and Eclipse) scored twelve of the surfboard-shaped trophies while The CW's popular "The Vampire Dairies" took home seven.

In case you weren't one of the lucky 550 Twilight Saga fans who camped out for days this week in order to receive a spot along the "black carpet" for the world premiere of Eclipse last night at the LA Film Festival, a highlight video has been released on the film's official YouTube page, and we have it for you here.
