The dead are coming. That's right, "The Walking Dead" will be kicking off Season 2 this Sunday, October 16, for a big ol' 13 episode run. And what better way to prepare for the event than to attend "The Walking Dead" panel at New York Comic Con this Saturday!

By this time next week the 2011 New York Comic Con will be wrapping up for another year, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves -- there are panels to see and toys to buy first! The name Jackie Estacado should be very familiar to fans of comic books and video games. For those of you not in the know, he's the star of the Top Cow comic book and video game series The Darkness. Think Goodfellas in Hell. The storyline was always rife with cinematic twists and turns, and now a movie version is on its way!

By the time Saturday rolls around during the San Diego Comic-Con, we've separated the men from the boys and know who's in it for the long haul. This year Saturday is chock-full of horror offerings throughout the entire day so if you'll be there, make sure to drink plenty of coffee, wear comfortable shoes, and be ready to hoof it from one end of the convention center to the other!

Top Cow has handed down a preview of Berserker #4, which hits comic stands on Wednesday, February 3rd. The series produced by "Heroes" star Milo Ventimiglia and DiVide Pictures continues its bone-crushing tale written by Rick Loverd with art by Jeremy Haun.

Comic writer Robert Kirkman is a busy guy. We all know vampires are riding high on a wave of incredible popularity right now, but werewolves are holding their own pretty well, too. And on November 11th Top Cow introduces us to another lycan to love: FBI agent Alex O’Roark, aka Tracker.

The folks at Top Cow certainly know how to celebrate a milestone. Witchblade, one of the longest-running series in comics, is releasing Issue #125 on March 18th, and it's still going strong! To mark the occasion, they have provided us with a look at all the various covers for Issue #125 along with a four-page preview of what promises to be the biggest Witchblade story ever!
