The Entity (1982)
Speaking of disturbing, based on real life events, one of the most horrid rape scenes ever put to film was in The Entity. The image of Barbara Hershey being held down on a bed while invisible hands squeeze her breasts is undeniably horrifying. It’s too bad the ending went so very wrong. Still, despite its few shortcoming, this flick is a must see for some truly questionable thrills.
Speaking of bad endings … Rarely does a movie have us at hello, but Alexandre Aja’s feature was home to what is without question the single greatest introduction to a killer ever. Dig on it below!
