It’s that time of the year when we honor the best of 2010's movies, TV shows, books, music, and, yes, comics. In the latter category ComicMonsters.com is hosting its second annual Horror Comic Awards.

68th Annual Golden Globe Awards Nominations Announced

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominees for its 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards this morning, and it looks like vampires are out but zombies are definitely in as "The Walking Dead" replaces "True Blood" among the Best Television Series - Drama nominees.

The Walking Dead and Dexter Garner 2011 Writers Guild of America TV Awards Nominations

In what should come as a surprise to no one, AMC's freshman series "The Walking Dead" has scored an award nomination (its first of many we're sure!) from the Writers Guild of America, as has one of our other favorite genre TV shows, Showtime's "Dexter". In addition, ABC's "Lost" nabbed a nomination in the Episodic Drama category. From the Press Release:
