Over the last couple of days some casting news slipped in under the radar for the second season of MTV's "Teen Wolf". Three more folks have joined the previously announced Michael Hogan, Stephen Lunsford, and Daniel Sharman, and we have it all right here in one convenient location.

Several behind-the-scenes photos from the currently filming Season 2 of MTV's "Teen Wolf" popped up on the show's Facebook page, and we have a few of them here, including our first look at new cast member Daniel Sharman. As we told you a few days ago, filming of Season Two of "Teen Wolf" has begun in Atlanta, and today Executive Producer Jeff Davis has revealed five interesting tidbits about the upcoming season to MTV's Remote Control Blog.

Yes, I admit to being a fan of MTV's "Teen Wolf" series, especially since the pace of the show has picked up in recent weeks. So the news that the network has renewed it for another season is welcome in my house. And honestly, what else is there to watch on Mondays nights anyway?

One of the biggest surprises of the summer for us so far is that MTV's new "Teen Wolf" has turned out to be quite watchable and actually pretty enjoyable. Those of you who agree will want to check out "Search for a Cure", a six-episode companion web series recently launched by the network starring Tyler Posey and his real-life father, John.

Director Toby Wilkins may be best known to genre fans as the mastermind behind movies including Splinter and The Grudge 3, but he recently took his career in a new direction and helmed a trio of episodes of MTV’s newest genre show, “Teen Wolf”, and the first of his three episodes kicks off tonight.

This year's behemoth of a show, the San Diego Comic-Con 2011, is gonna be a strange one. With lots of movie studios holding back, and even Marvel Comics, rumored not to be there, this should be really interesting. One thing that will be happening though is a tremendous amount of love given to all the TV-based terrors.

Director Russell Mulcahy has enjoyed a successful career in both films and television alike, and he is now combining his love of the horror genre with his love for working in TV with the upcoming MTV series “Teen Wolf”, which is set to debut on June 5th following the MTV Movie Awards (the show will also slide into its regular time slot on June 6th).

When it comes to creating compelling, engaging television dramas, writer and producer Jeff Davis is a force to be reckoned with. After all, he created the highly successful “Criminal Minds” series back in 2005, and now he’s back at work on the upcoming television adaptation of the 1985 comedy classic Teen Wolf for MTV Networks.
