Our Indie Horror Month celebration may be over, but thankfully the indie film scene continues moving along. One person who's keeping busy in numerous projects is genre stalwart Ezra Buzzington, who dropped us a line with an update on two films with which he's involved.

Dread Central got exclusive word from director Sean Cain that the website for the upcoming horror flick Breath of Hate has been completely revamped with all sorts of goodies today. Included you'll find tons of new images, video, easter eggs and more!

With director Sean Cain busy putting the finishing touches on Breath of Hate, he also checked in with Dread Central to give us an exclusive look at the brand new poster for the flick, designed by Jason Beam.

In what's probably going to be our favorite news story of the week, it has been reported that police were summoned to The George Washington Hotel (the site of many real life deaths and tragedies) to investigate what was believed to be the "most gruesome crime scene" Police Chief J.R. Blyth had ever seen in his thirty-five years on the force! There was just one problem ...

On October 2nd the third annual GoreZone International Film Festival got under way at Leicester Square’s Prince Charles Cinema; and for the first time ever, Dread was on the scene to check it out. Our report follows along with condensed reviews of six of the films shown over the weekend.

Finally, after months of talking about it, the trailer debut for Sean Cain's latest film, Breath of Hate, is upon us; and we have to admit star Ezra Buzzington appears to be gloriously psychotic!

One actor who we love around these parts is Ezra Buzzington. Recently seen in Chad Ferrin's Someone's Knocking at the Door and soon to be seen in Sean Cain's Breath of Hate, the guy knows how to stay busy and keep the gore flowing. We just got word that one of his next films will be of the living dead variety! Oh happy day! Get ready, zombie fans, to be Dug Up!

Kill! at a DVD signing to be held at Dark Delicacies.

It's hard to believe Dread Central readers that it's been about 3 1/2 months since I posted my last video production blog for the upcoming twisted horror flick Breath of Hate, but here we are in January 2010, and I thought what better way to move forward into a new year than by giving you an exclusive look at some more behind-the-scenes shenanigans from the set.
