The mix of humor with the macabre in this sixth season of "Dexter" has been nearly perfect, and it looks like things are continuing on that path next week with Episode 6, entitled "Just Let It Go". Check out a couple of clips and the preview trailer.
So, are we all in agreement that Season 6 of Showtime's "Dexter" finds our favorite serial killer back on track and then some? The set-pieces (or should we say "tableaux") employed for the Doomsday Killers' handiwork are some of the most chilling we've ever seen. Ready for a peek at what's coming up next week in Episode 6.05, "The Angel of Death"?
Earlier today we provided you with the
teaser trailer and two clips from the upcoming Episode 3 of Season 6 of Showtime's "Dexter", and now we have another video to share that takes a look ahead at what's coming up over the next few weeks. It's a tad spoilerish if you're not caught up, but if you are, then you'll definitely want to take a peek.
Along with the
preview clips of the upcoming second episode of "Dexter" Season 6 we posted earlier today, we now have three behind-the-scenes videos that include (i) writer and showrunner Scott Buck discussing Dexter's spiritual search , (ii) the cast and crew discussing creating the Joe Walker kill room, and (iii) the writers discussing creating each season's big bad; a fourth video of cast members answering fan questions posted on Facebook and Twitter; and an update on prospects of the hit drama going to a seventh season.
Last night Dexter and his Dark Passenger returned to Showtime in top form, free of just about all of the things that made last season kind of suck. Don't believe us? Then how about you watch the premiere episode right now?
How excited are we that "
Dexter" is returning to our television screens this Sunday, October 2nd, on Showtime? So excited that we put together this neat package of recent "Dexter" coverage to prep you for Sunday night.
By the end of Season 5 of Showtime's "Dexter", a lot of the series' fans were a bit put off by the repetitivenes of the storyline with little to no progression on the part of a majority of the characters. I mean, really, how many times can Dexter "almost" get caught? It all felt stagnant and stale. Not to mention that Papa Harry was mostly MIA when Dex needed him most. Well, after watching the first three episodes of Season 6, we're going to go out on a limb here and say that things have indeed changed, definitely for the better.
We're just a week away from the Season 6 premiere of Showtime's "Dexter" - the episode is entitled "Those Kinds of Things" - and to get everyone geared up, the network has released two clips from the ep. Of course we have them for you right here. After checking them out, be sure to enter our
contest to win a full-size poster!
They're a little on the small side, but two new promo posters for the upcoming sixth season of Showtime's "Dexter" have been released, and of course we have them for your right here. Check 'em out, and in the meantime we'll keep digging for larger versions.
Even though we're still a few weeks away from the October 2nd premiere of "Dexter" season six on Showtime, the wheels are already spinning on a very possible season seven. That's some pretty confident thinking after a lackluster season five, no?
Are you as curious as we are about the "new blood" getting set to invade Dexter Morgan's peaceful world during Season Six of "Dexter" on Showtime? Then you'll want to check out this new promo video entitled "Guest Stars" - Surrounded by new characters, Dexter must decide who is an ally and who will end up on his table. We can't wait to see the outcome!
So amped up for the sixth season premiere of "Dexter" that you can't wait until October 2nd for a look at everyone's favorite serial killer with a purpose? Then why not attend a free screening of Showtime's new series "Homeland" that comes complete with a sneak peek of the new season of "Dexter"? Read on for the details.
And another new face has joined "Dexter" Season Six in the form of Jordana Spiro ("Harry's Law", "My Boys") as an acolyte of Colin Hanks’ Travis and Edward James Olmos’ Professor Gellar. Something makes us think these three will be up to no good and Dexter will have to take matters into his own hands where they're concerned.
With what we've seen far of the upcoming Season Six of Showtime's "Dexter", October 2nd simply cannot get here soon enough! To help pass the time, however, the powers-that-be have launched a redesigned website for the series and also provided a slightly more detailed synopsis of what we can expect.
The scent of murder is in the air, kids, and that can only mean one thing ... Dexter and his dark passenger are coming back for another round of murderous mayhem in "Dexter" Season Six on Showtime!
