Big red is at it again with yet another poor soul being tortured by him and his demonic henchmen! That's right, kids! Grab your bible and light your candles. A man of The Cloth is on his way with bad intentions.
March 20th is the first day of spring. What better day to release a movie called Snow White: A Deadly Summer? Yep, there’s yet another Snow White movie. That brings the tally to two upcoming theatrical Snow White movies and now two direct-to-DVD Snow White flicks, and that’s in addition to Snow White being an integral character on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time”. Fairest-of-them-all Mania is sweeping Hollywood.
This one is probably more thriller than horror, but the synopsis does say "mysterious" events occur, and once we got a look at the genre-heavy cast members, we figured we'd share the new teaser trailer for Human Factor that landed in our inbox today and send ol' 2011 out with a bit of social consciousness.
Guess she didn't take the hint that we're in Snow White overload and slink back to the home she shares with those strange little seven dwarfs because we now have a trailer to go along with the info and artwork we provided a week or so ago for David DeCoteau's Snow White: A Deadly Summer.
Filming in Los Angeles right now (despite the 100-mile-per-hour winds) is the latest fear flick from Full Moon pictures lovingly titled The Dead Want Women, and we've got the first images of star Eric Roberts like you've never seen him before. Dig it!
Okay, Snow White ... you're officially wearing out your damned welcome. All of a sudden this character is everywhere. There are several projects in the works featuring this nogoodnik on both TV ("Once Upon a Time") and coming soon to theatres (Snow White and the Huntsman, Mirror Mirror). So please ... pretty please ... let this direct to DVD horror film finish her off for good.
More news of new flicks coming out just in time for this year's AFM. While we're void of any eye candy, we do have word that a new flick called The Devil's Dozen is on its way, and it's sporting a pretty expansive genre cast.
Starring Taryn Manning, Hal Ozsan, Eric Roberts, Betsy Rue, Mitch Ryan, Michael Teh
Directed Mark L. Lester
Some pretty nifty casting news coming in for indie filmmaker Josh Eisenstadt's latest foray into terror, Spreading Darkness! Get ready to see lots of familiar faces all frightened and grimacing!
