Some more chatter coming in really quick for the long gestating fourth entry into the big, loud, and monster filled Jurassic Park franchise, this time from director Joe Johnston. Read on for details.

Just weeks ago star Sam Neill was pretty down on the idea of a fourth Jurassic Park film stating that he thinks that they've "told the story". Well, apparently Steven Spielberg has other plans!

The Jurassic Park faithful, like myself, have been waiting what feels like ages for a fourth chapter in our beloved creature-laden franchise. We've endured rumors and false starts, and now? We must endure the unkindest news of all.

Oh, Telltale Games. How we love you. If there was ever any doubt of whether or not the developers of the upcoming Jurassic Park: The Game were on the right track, prepare to have your fears laid to rest.

Some of you may be too young to remember The Last Dinosaur. Others of you are old enough to remember seeing it when it first aired in 1977 or the million times it ran in syndication throughout the Eighties. Now everyone can get reacquainted with this cult favorite that has dwelled in obscurity for too long thanks to the Warner Archive.

Today might be Thanksgiving, but the real turkey may not be arriving until Saturday night when Syfy premieres its newest magnum opus, Triassic Attack, an astounding tale of absurdist terror about a Native American curse that brings museum dinosaur skeletons to murderous life and terrorize a small university town.

More details and some early artwork for Steven Spielberg's latest dino-centric Fox TV show, "Terra Nova", have come in, and things appear to be shaping up quite nicely. Not sure how much pure horror we're going to be getting from this one, but at the very least the show is gonna scratch that "We Need More Giant Monsters" itch!

A short while back we told you about "Terra Nova", a new dino-centric TV show on the way from Fox produced by Steven Spielberg, and now it looks like the network may have found its leading man for the series.

While it's no Jurassic Park IV, we still say that some Spielberg with dinosaurs is better than no Spielberg with dinosaurs. A new dino-centric TV show is close to being on the way from Fox that is set to give us a much needed giant monster fix.

Every now and again a short film will catch our eye, and we just can't help but want to spread the word about it. Like giant monsters brawling? Fans of King Kong and Jurassic Park? Then you need to sit back and enjoy StopMo!

Unless you've been living under a rock and don't know any better, you should be aware that many scientists have concluded that birds are the direct descendants of dinosaurs. Let's just be thankful that they have decreased in size dramatically. Can you imagine a Pterodactyl shitting on your car? YIKES!

I know ... a slow Monday news-wise. What a concept! Leave it to The Asylum to ruin our otherwise relaxing day by releasing some stills for their upcoming redux of The Land that Time Forgot. Bastards.

Remember that 1975 dinosaur classic The Land That Time Forgot? No? That's a shame because it was a surprisingly good little movie. Even more surprising -- production starts next week on the remake with actor C. Thomas Howell in the director's chair! How in the world did we miss this one?
