Our man Nomad just checked in with some more madness coming out of this year's Toy Fair, and let's just say that fans of monstrous collectibles are about to feel their wallets start twitching in their pockets! Ready for some eye candy? Bring a tissue; some of this stuff is drool worthy!

Thanks to Mezco Toyz, we have a set of three lovably freaky, ghoulishly cute zombies as the newest additions to the company's Creepy Cuddlers family. The trio of characters includes:

If you're unfamiliar with Mezco's line of Mez-itz collectibles, you're in for a real treat. Basically they take the look of your favorite character, turn it on its head, and make it ... well ... cute! I like my horror as visceral as the next guy, but it is really kind of hard not to dig on these little guys.

Nomad just turned in the first batch of toy photos from this year’s Toy Fair, currently stomping it’s way through New York City. The other day we showed you guys the Ghostbusters and Terminator 2 Minimates from Diamond Select, now we’ve got a whole batch of goodies from Mezco to show off!

Mezco is showing they care about movies and the toys that are made from them with a donation to the Museum of Motion Pictures in New York this week. Action Figure reports that they’ve handed the institute both a “sack head” and masked Jason Voorhees prototype from the Friday the 13th remake, which as you know is out this Friday.

We here at Dread Central know that the Living Dead Dolls aren’t for everyone, but there are a lot of you out there, a lot, who keep collecting them every time a new series is launched, so with Christmas so damn close we wanted to encourage your spending habits with Series 17.

Mezco Toys sure didn't hold back at this year's San Diego Comic-Con! The company's Cinema of Fear line just grew with the inclusion of new figures of Freddy, Jason, Leatherface and more! Did I mention that one of Mezco's new 12" figures is based on the Platinum Dunes remake of Friday the 13th?! The Mezco booth also showed off the second series of figures from the Hellboy II: The Golden Army line.

With San Diego Comic Con only a week away (July 23-27th), we are getting pelted with information on the show from all sides. It’s now become impossible to buy even half of the exclusives on sale there, as you’d have to be rich AND some are so limited, you’d need a small army just to stand in line for you.
