The #1 Horror Series On HBO Max Is “One of the best shows from last year”

interview with the vampire

As streamers trade content like Pokémon cards, it’s becoming difficult to keep track of where to find our favorite shows. However, it also allows some fantastic projects a chance to find a larger audience. This is why I’m gleefully reporting that Interview With The Vampire is living its best undead life on the (HBO) Max Charts. Let us sink our teeth into this sexy, sophisticated, and messy series.

In the AMC series:

“In the year 2022, the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac lives in Dubai and seeks to tell the story of his life or afterlife to renowned journalist Daniel Molloy. Beginning in early 20th-century New Orleans, Louis’ story follows his relationship with the vampire Lestat du Lioncourt and their formed family, including teen fledgling Claudia. Together, the vampire family endures immortality in New Orleans and beyond. As the interview continues in Dubai, Molloy discovers the truths beneath Louis’ story.”

Interview With The Vampire was adapted for television by Rolin Jones. It is based on The Vampire Chronicles by the late Anne Rice. The series stars Jacob Anderson, Sam Reid, Bailey Bass, Eric Bogosian, and Assad Zaman.

Fans are accidentally binging all seven episodes of their new favorite show. Many viewers feel the series is better than the movie, and they’re not wrong.

I loved this series and am sad we are losing one of our three lead actors between seasons. While we don’t know when to expect season 2, the complete first season will be available on Max until October 31st. This gives you time to watch the trailer below and catch up on this addictive pop culture moment.

Are you also an Interview With The Vampire stan account? Or will you be watching it for the first time on Max? Find me either way at @misssharai.
