GODZILLA VS KONG Predicted to Provide Much-Needed Boost to COVID-Stricken Box Office

In a new study sponsored by Variety, Godzilla vs Kong is predicted to provide a much-needed boost to the COVID-stricken film industry. The study projects the epic Kaiju blockbuster will net $27.3M in its 3-day opening, far exceeding previous top-performers. Of course, this will still fall far below pre-COVID projections that forecast $68.3M.
