THE STANDOFF AT SPARROW CREEK Comes to a Head on Blu-ray/DVD Beginning March 5th

If you’re a fan of slowburn, procedural thrillers that delve into a shadowy underworld of corrupt cops and sinners with morals, you’ll definitely want to check out The Standoff at Sparrow Creek when it arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on March 5th via RLJE Films. Comparisons to Reservoir Dogs and The Usual Suspects are almost reflexive, but The Standoff at Sparrow Creek is something else entirely.

Check out the synopsis, trailer, and special features on the Blu-ray/DVD below.

Synopsis:
After a shooting at a police funeral, reclusive ex-cop Gannon (Dale) finds himself unwittingly forced out of retirement when he realizes that the killer belongs to the same militia he joined after quitting the force. Understanding that the shooting could set off a chain reaction of copycat violence across the country, Gannon quarantines his fellow militiamen in the remote lumber mill they call their headquarters. There, he sets about a series of grueling interrogations, intent on ferreting out the killer and turning him over to the authorities to prevent further bloodshed.

The Standoff at Sparrow Creek is written and directed by Henry Dunham; the film stars James Badge Dale (13 Hours), Chris Mulkey (Captain Phillips), Brian Geraghty (NBC’s Chicago P.D.), Robert Aramayo (HBO’s Game of Thrones), Patrick Fischler (Showtime’s Twin Peaks), Happy Anderson (Cinemax’s The Knick) and Gene Jones (The Hateful Eight).

THE STANDOFF AT SPARROW CREEK DVD and Blu-ray includes the bonus features:
