Rob Zombies Shares Wholesome New Photos of ‘The Munsters’ Cast Hanging Out on Set

Just last week, Rob Zombie shared a teaser trailer for his upcoming adaptation of The Munsters. The teaser was short but sweet, showing off the reboot’s cast reenacting the show’s iconic opening sequence. Now, Zombie took to Instagram again to send some beautiful and sweet full-color images of him and his cast hanging out on set.
The cast of the new The Munsters film is stacked. Sheri Moon Zombie, Jeff Daniel Phillips, and Daniel Roebuck star as Lily Munster, Herman Munster, and Grandpa Munster, respectively. Plus, with each passing week it feels like Zombie is posting a new iconic actor has joined the cast. Cassandra Peterson, aka Elvira, appears in the film as a real estate agent on Mockingbird Lane. Richard Brake plays Dr. Henry Augustus Wolfgang. The list goes on!
The Munsters teaser trailer also revealed that the film will in fact be coming this year. No word yet on when or where it’ll be released. But at least we can take solace in the fact we’re definitely getting it in 2022!

The Munsters originally aired. The original cast of The Munsters featured Fred Gwynne, Yvonne de Carlo, Beverly Owen, Butch Patrick, and Al Lewis. They played your average family in the suburbs. Except for one little thing. They’re all monsters.
