Death Note Featurette Tackles Willem Dafoe’s Ryuk

A new featurette has been released online for Netflix’s Death Note (review), which was directed by Adam Wingard (You’re Next). The featurette focuses on Willem Dafoe’s performance as Ryuk, the demon god in charge of killing those whose name appears in the Death Note. You can see the video below.
Willem Dafoe and Nat Wolff star alongside Margaret Qualley, Keith Stanfield, Paul Nakauchi, and Shea Whigham. Roy Lee (The Ring) and Dan Lin (Sherlock Holmes) produced Death Note with Jason Hoffs and Masi Oka. Jonathan Eirich and John Powers Middleton executive produced with Miri Yoon and Brendan Ferguson. It was directed by Adam Wingard (Blair Witch).
