Around these parts we like to be surrounded by cool. One of our favorite purveyors of cool, The Pop Sticker Co., recently wrote in to see if we’d be interested in premiering their latest design… of course we said… Yes!
From the Press Release:
Pop Sticker Co. was started by two dudes and a bunch of friends who all love stickers and all things pop culture related. We have devoted most of our lives to wasting away in front of TVs, trolling YouTube, and just generally rotting our minds. We also love the smell of vinyl and all things rated R for graphic violence!
This is our first time collab with buddy, and amazing artist, Joshua Green! Joshua laid the artwork down, and Pop Sticker Co.’s owner/creative director, Adam Hunt, colored ‘Maul Punk!’
The new stickers will be available (online) starting Friday, February 12th, at 12:00 noon PT and in-person at Amazing Arizona Comic Con all weekend at Table B-15, starting Friday at 3PM!
Price: $4. If you spend $12, make sure to use ‘GOLIVE’ for $2 dollars off all orders!
Here’s what Joshua had to say about his design: “Either an idea comes to my head like with the ‘Maul Punk’ or something else someone comes up with; we pick a theme and we just roll with it. From there it’s just a matter of planning, sketching, and taking my time with inking it. Stickers in the manner that Pop goes for are a lot cleaner than most of my technique would allow, so it’s about finding that balance between my style and what we’re going for as a company. Adam and Chuckie have been an absolute blast to work and collaborate with, making the process that much easier.”
