Around here at Dread Central we strive to bring you guys stuff that you just don’t see every day. That being said, we’ve landed something special for you cats. A piece of horror history from decades ago.

Below you’ll find an image of one of the rarest of the rare… the theatrical invitation to the October 1st, 1968, premiere of the film that would change the landscape of horror forever… Night of the Living Dead. The flick had its debut at Pittsburgh’s historic Fulton Theater with a special reception held at the William Penn Hotel.

If we could ever go back in time, it would be to attend this event. Big thanks to Kyra Schon for the scan.
