Goddamn emojis. How many times have your social media conversations been interrupted by the evil little emoticon animations?
Filmmaker Alex J. Mann, whose previous short ME2 was covered by us recently, decided to take it upon himself to create a horror short about the evils of the emoji. Wink has just been released online and can be viewed below.
Synopsis:
Danielle is home alone on Halloween. While texting with her boyfriend, she notices her emojis are missing from her phone. Then… the doorbell rings. Who could it be?
