Twelve minutes of gameplay footage from XCOM 2 has found its way online via publisher 2K’s Youtube channel, and you can have a look right here!

Rather than showing any action or any stuff that, y’know, you’d expect to see in a gameplay video for a shooter, we instead get a look around the top-secret military headquarters known as “The Avenger,” which is featured as the hub area in the game. Emphasis is put on the RPG elements such as upgradable weapons and armor.

Guess we’ll have to wait a bit longer to see more footage of aliens being blasted away.
