If you’re not familiar with the Beat Down Boogie crew, they are a bunch of guerilla filmmakers who have one simple goal in mind: entertain the viewer. Although they normally operate in action-themed films, the crew does not classify itself, thus, the freedom to make this latest release. In honor of Halloween the Beat Down Boogie crew have re-envisioned the Jason Voorhees vs. Freddy Krueger battle with their latest short, Freddy vs. Jason: The Rematch.
No, it’s not a visual special F/X masterpiece, but it does contain some pretty impressive fight scenes. And as mentioned above, these guys are doing it in the streets, guerilla style. Considering this, the stunts alone are very impressive.
