‘Five Nights At Freddys’ New Trailer Unleashes Evil Animatronic Mayhem And Matthew Lillard [Watch]

We hope you’ve worked up an appetite because Freddy Fazbear and his crew of haunted animatronics are serving up murder on a silver, pizza-sauce-and-blood-covered platter in the new official trailer for the highly anticipated Five Nights At Freddy’s.
In Blumhouse’s upcoming adaptation of the beloved horror game, Josh Hutcherson plays a troubled security guard as he begins working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. But as we all know, this isn’t your regular kind of job, and a night at Freddy’s is well above anyone’s pay grade.
The central figures of Five Nights At Freddy’s are a group of animatronic characters designed to entertain kids while they eat pizza and play arcade games. Think Chuck E. Cheese, but with murderous intentions. Bringing these giant machines to life is Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, which means Freddy and Co. are going to look their terrifying best.

Hutcherson stars in the film alongside Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Kat Conner Sterling, Mary Stuart Masterson, and Matthew Lillard.
Five Nights at Freddy’s is directed by Emma Tammi (The Wind). Tammi also wrote the script with Scott Cawthon and Seth Cuddeback.
Five Nights At Freddy’s comes to theaters and Peacock on October 27, 2023.
