Seeking a Reality Show, Three Young Exorcists Explain Their Trade to Anderson CooperAnderson Cooper is an incredibly accomplished journalist. He’s covered stories in Somalia, Bosnia, Rwanda and Sri Lanka and has won nine Emmy Awards, two for his work covering the destruction in Haiti. But his career may have peaked with the interview we have for you today.

On his daytime TV show entitled “Anderson,” Cooper interviewed a Reverend Larsen and his three protégés, Brynn, Tess and Savannah, that look like they are right from the Miss Teen Georgia Beauty Pageant. And what was this group discussing in front of America? Public service? Charity work? Oh no, no, no. They’re shopping a reality show because the three girls all claim to be highly experienced exorcists and they want to protect the world… on TV!

You’ve got to check out the video clip of these three and their mentor, Larsen, who manage to somehow keep a straight face as they tell war stories about “exorcisms” they’ve performed… especially Larsen, who’s old enough to know better and claims to have led over 15,000 exorcisms (more than one a day, he tells Cooper; and you thought your schedule was packed). Be careful, Reverend; this is quite reminiscent of the beginning of The Last Exorcism… we’re just saying. We’ve also included a clip of Larsen explaining how much an exorcism costs in case you’re interested.

Take a look at this video, which proves so many cliches: Beauty is only skin deep, anything for money, there’s one born every minute. The real winner in this whole thing, however, is Anderson Cooper, who has proven, through hard work and determination, that he is the obvious choice to inherit Maury Povich’s paternity test show empire when MoPo is ready to hang up the gloves.
