We saw what Agent Parker is made of in last night’s episode of “The Following,” which took her and Hardy into the field. Here’s an “Insider” video for “Whips and Regret” giving us a look at the abandoned military base in Queens that serves as a training ground for Joe’s followers.

After losing Claire (Natalie Zea) to Joe’s (James Purefoy) followers, Ryan (Kevin Bacon) and Parker (Annie Parisse) attempt to recover while the FBI tracks down an undercover location that may have dark ties to Joe’s following. Meanwhile, Claire adjusts to life at the follower’s mansion and has an unexpected reunion, while Emma (Valorie Curry) and Jacob (Nico Tortorella) continue to deal with Emma’s betrayal.
