    Plot Synopsis:

Six fourteen year old children skip school to play in the woods, but some hot rodding on a stolen moped changes the fate of their day. They crash into Peter, a disheveled loner, who is delighted to have a group of kids to hang out with. First he gains their trust by joining in their games, but then his behaviour begins to change. Peter uses what he has learned about the kids against them - bullying the alpha boys, belittling the weaker ones and saving his worst for the only girl of the group.

We just got word in that Julian Richards' award winning Summer Scars has been picked up for distribution via Danger After Dark!

    Richards' Scars Up for BAFTAs!

We’ve been hearing good things about Summer Scars, Julian Richards’ follow-up to The Last Horror Movie, for a while now but nothing to indicate it was this good.

New Pic, Festival Dates for Summer Scars!

Though it’s been a while since we’ve heard from director Julian (The Last Horror Movie) Richards about his latest feature, Summer Scars (“Festivals for Richard’s Scars” – September 2007), that doesn’t mean he’s been sitting idly

    *UPDATED!* Festivals for Richards' Scars

**DIG IT: Mr. Richards just sent us a look at the poster for Summer Scars! Sexy!<** This sounds like it’s going to walk the line of good taste and exploitation; and might be a bit dangerous, to boot.

Richards is Back With New Scars

Been wondering what director Julian Richards has been up to after The Last Horror Movie came out and finally had its day in the sun a few months back? Why, he’s been working on another film of course, and yesterday he sent out a bunch of new information on it.
