Weeks Later Reviewed
I’m one of those guys who loves me a sequel, especially if they’re for movies that actually warrant more stories to be told within their universe. So the idea of 28 Weeks Later always worked with me even before I knew what it would be about because there's a lot of potential in a story about the entire population of a country being wiped out by a plague.
For those not in the know, Weeks takes place in the allocated time frame after the spread of the Rage virus, as a family who were on vacation overseas when the infection started return home to an England that is slowly being rebuilt. The folks over at Latino Review managed to get their hands on the script (unsure of the draft number) and threw up a positive review of it that you can check out right here, just please beware of some spoilers (though they are light).
Next weekend I leave for a set visit to both this sequel and The Hills Have Eyes 2, so expect to be hearing a lot more about both movies very soon!
Wonder how long it would take to re-populate Great Britain in our forums!
