Troll Remake Looking for its Potter

Even though it’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about John Carl Buechler’s remake of his own 1986 film, Troll, that doesn’t mean the project is dead in the water. Indeed, casting is now in full swing and the search for Harry Potter, Jr. has begun!
No relation to the JK Rowling Potter, of course. That’s just the name of the kid at the center of the film. According to a report on SyFy Portal, Buechler has opened an official Troll casting site to find “a boy and a girl between the ages of 11 and 14 to portray both Harry and his sister, Wendy Anne.”
Got any cousins, nephews or nieces that want their big break? This could be it! I mean, look what it did for the star of the original Troll, Noah Hathaway … Oh, right. But he does seem to have a role in the remake!
