The Dead Can Dance

Dance of the Dead poster (click to see it bigger)Let’s see, we’ve had zombies at the mall (multiple times), zombies in the woods, zombies in the streets and even underwater zombies; I guess it’s inevitable that zombies would eventually make their way to a homecoming dance.

The living dead feasting on the flesh of teenagers? Yes, please.

Such is the premise of Gregg Bishop’s fearture-length debut, Dance of the Dead. On the night of the homecoming dance, the dead rise to get their snack on, and the only people who can stop them are the losers who didn’t get dates to the dance. Sorry, Kryten!

Dance is currently in front of cameras under the watchful eye of Bleiberg Entertainment, which was previously behind Monster Man and the badass indie horror flick Joshua. You can check out some behind-the-scenes video shot by star Zoe Meyers right here, but I must warn you; most of it is kinda dull. The zombie makeup looks pretty cool though!

More on Dance of the Dead as we learn it!
