After a certain amount of success it isn’t odd for some filmmakers to start playing it safe in order to keep the big bucks rolling in. Then there are others who just don’t give a damn and want to make what they want, when they want. This kind of attitude may just break horror out of the slump it has been in these past couple of years.
Collider has an exclusive interview with Eli Roth wherein he announced a new project called Trailer Trash. Is it just another film about nasty inbreds? No, not at all. Trailer Trash is actually a collection of fake trailers like those seen in Grindhouse. And yes, Thanksgiving 2 will be making an appearance as well.
The interview also tackles some questions regarding Grindhouse‘s poor showing in theatres and who else is involved with this unique film.
