Rockstar on Another Manhunt

I have to admit I got a little excited when I read about Rockstar making a return to Manhunt, one of the most intense games I’ve had the pleasure to play in my years as a gamer. And I don’t mean excited in a “wow, cool” way; no, this was something more… primal.
Yesterday Rockstar made the announcement that they’re working on Manhunt 2 as we speak, confirming it to be the first title for Rockstar London, which is developing alongside Rockstar North. Rockstar Toronto (who knew there were so many?) is working exclusively on the Wii version of the sequel, which is all sorts of fucked up if you’ve played Nintendo’s new system at all. Even though it’d be nice to see it upgraded, the announcement states that they’re only working on Manhunt 2 for the Wii, Playstation 2, and PSP with nothing about next-gen systems (i.e., Xbox 360 or PS3) mentioned.
