A note to filmmakers out there; if you want me to be interested in your movie (and really, who doesn’t?), make sure it has something to do with demons and/or hell. My strange religious background makes these kinds of movie nigh-irresistible to me.
Take, for example, the film Dying God; the title along is enough to pique my interest, but the plot is pretty damn cool, as well; James Horan stars as a detective on the trail of a serial killer with the help of a pimp (played by Lance freakin’ Henriksen!). Their investigation soon leads them to the inevitable conclusion that their target is actually a demonic entity. Nice!
