The first is the simple but effective poster you see on your right, which you can click on to see bigger. The second bit is that Plague Town will be premiering at the market Cannes, the Marche du Film, one of the most prestigious fests in the world. Not a bad way to show off your first film, eh? For those of you who are going (lucky sons of bitches), look for Plague Town to debut on May 21st. I know it’s been a while so you’re probably asking yourself, “What the hell is this film about”? Some of that answer you can find in my Plague Town set visit preview. But for those of you wanting a more straightforward explanation: An American family visiting their Irish roots accidentally stumble on a horde of bloodthirsty mutant children.
