I’ve never been to Philadelphia, despite the fact that I’ve been on the East Coast for almost a decade now, but if I were to make my first trip, this year’s Philadelphia International Film Festival would be a damn fine way to start.
TLA’s Danger After Dark have their own programming this year’s fest, and today the stellar lineup has been announced. The fest runs from April 3-15th this year and will be the world premiere of Frank Henenlotter’s Bad Biology (trailer), with Henelotter receiving a Phantasmagoria Award for all his hard work in making our genre so unique over the years.
But that ain’t all, no sir. Other horrors that will play this year include Black House, Dead Fury, Stuck, Timecrimes, Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer, Trailer Park of Terror, Spine Tingler! The William Castle Story and a lot more. Check out the full list over at the Philadelphia International Film Festival’s official site, where tickets will be on sale starting March 17th.
Discuss how far you'd drive for good horror in the Dread Central forums!
