New Release Date for The Signal!
I know we haven’t exactly been up on announcing stuff for the horror phenomenon The Signal, and for that I apologize. Maybe this will make up for it?
We just got word that the release date for The Signal has officially been changed to September 7th, 2007 from its original August 10th date. So take note! Magnolia is putting it out in theaters in a limited release, so make sure you bug your local (cool) theater about getting it! Of course, that is the exact same date Adam Green's Hatchet finally comes out, so it'll be interesting to see if Anchor Bay steps up the release for it to make sure they drown out The Signal.
The Signal tells three different stories set in a world where a mysterious transmission invades every cell phone, radio wave, and TV station that makes anyone who witnesses it instantly insane and out for blood. It’s been winning all sorts of awards since it premiered a few months back, so be sure you seek it out!
