New & Nasty Mother of Tears Pics

Worried that, despite all of the promises about Argento’s Mother of Tears being his hardest-edged movie to date, that the director was just getting too old for this shit?

One look to your right should squash those fears.

What you see is one of many new stills from the film that were scanned from an Italian mag and posted on the message boards for Nocturno. And this is really one of the more mild shots, I might add, the rest you might not want to look at if you work in a stuffy office or are surrounded by people who just ... don’t ... get it.

In other Mother of Tears news, it was discovered recently that the film will be released in it’s native Italy with a 16 rating, which means a lot of the over-the-top gore we’ve been told is throughout will be edited out. Much like the US, though, it will be right back in place for the DVD release.
