New Clips Right at Your Door
This was one of the first movies we saw at Fantasia this year that had to do with some kind of massive apocalypse or traumatic event going down but told a very small story within the framework. Honestly, looking back it’s the least memorable of the rest (which included The Signal, Mulberry St. and End of the Line) but still a damn solid pic.
I refer here to Chris Gorak’s Right at Your Door (review), which stars Rory Cochran as a new husband who learns the meaning of stress when his wife, Mary McCormack, leaves for work in LA on the same day a group of terrorists detonate a series of dirty bombs (bombs with lethal chemicals), infecting anyone caught in their blast range. He’s stuck in the house worrying about her while the news is telling him he has to seal himself off from the air outside. So when she shows up later that day, things get complicated.
I said all that to point you over to STYD, who just wrangled three clips and the film’s trailer for your viewing pleasure. Check ‘em out to get an idea of what you’re in for when the film is released via Roadside Attractions on August 24th in a limited capacity.

Sorry for the tardiness of this news. Been a bit busy thanks to the local taco place spiking my food with sharp bits of metal. But, enough of that and on to something really interesting: Black Sheep's
