NECA's New Cult Classics Revealed
NECA has made a vow to make you drool uncontrollably EVERY OTHER DAY until San Diego Comic Con!!! Well, OK, they didn't make a vow of drool, but the rate at which they are pumping out new images of horror product, you'd think they made a drooly pact with the devil!! (Gimme a break; I got nuthin today.) Check out the undeniable badassery that is ... Cult Classics Series 6. The lineup includes:
S-Mart Ash - Remember ... boomsticks are isle 12. Shop Smart! Ash from Army of Darkness returns in this newest series, sporting an all-new look, right out of the film's off-the-wall finale. Packed with a rifle, S-Mart cart, and water bottle, every detail is here right down to the film-accurate S-Mart price tags.
Hare Krishna Zombie - Slow and steady wins the meat. He's not exactly the most terrifying zombie in the mall, but your horde isn't complete without this bald, iconic baddie. He includes a tambourine, diorama base, and supply boxes, for re-enacting the pulse-pounding final moments of the classic film, Dawn of the Dead.
Lost Boys - "How do your little toy maggots taste, Michael?" Let's face it...the 80's wouldn't have been as fun without the Coreys and glam rock vampires. The Lost Boys' Michael, as portrayed by Jason Patric, comes with interchangeable human and vampire heads and hands, as well as a diorama with a chandelier and animal skulls. David, portrayed by the super-badass Kiefer Sutherland, comes with interchangeable human and vampire heads, hands, and feet, the "blood bottle," and a diorama base.
Look for Cult Classics 6 to hit the pegs this fall.
