Moore Is Lost
John Connolly's novel The Book of Lost Things has been in stores for about a year now and is already getting noticed for adaptation on the big screen. Too bad one of the people optioning the book is The Omen (review) director John Moore according to Variety.
The Book of Lost Things tells the tale of a young boy who has lost his mother and discovers a portal to another world filled with fantastic creatures, but once inside this realm the child must complete a task to leave.
The Book of Lost Things synopsis sounds a bit like one certain little girl's adventure in a fantasy land. Will Moore make up for the disaster that was The Omen 2006 and create an American Pan's Labyrinth (review)? Only time will tell.
