Wow, how the hell did I not hear about this ahead of time?
Tim Sullivan just sent out a press release that on Wednesday, August 8th the Fuse reality show “Battle of the Bands” will feature himself, Robert Englund and Dee Snider as the guest judges. Only six bands remain in the competition, and they all will have 24 hours to come up with a badass theme song for Sullivan’s 2001 Maniacs: Beverley Hellbillys!
Englund, Snider and Sullivan will have to choose the song on the spot, after only hearing it once, and produce it the very next day. Pretty freaking cool if you ask me, I just wish I had known about it cause I’m sure Viper Rash would have kicked ass all up and down the place.
