Manhunt 2 Out Now!

So maybe the delay in getting Manhunt 2 out to the masses wasn’t such a bad thing after all? I mean, they got to have it in stores a full two days before Halloween, which isn’t the most undesirable release date. It’s just too bad that the version we did finally get has been censored.

Yes, Manhunt 2 is finally out as we speak, and so far what I’ve heard about it is overwhelmingly good. No easy task when you figure it’s not even a next-gen game, having been created for the Playstation 2, PSP and Nintendo Wii. That last one is the what gets me because there’s just something very sick about being able to use the unique controls on the Wii to strangle, beat, stab and just generally make life difficult for the bad guys of the game. Sounds ... satisfying.

Our gaming guru, Plagiarize, has his grubby hands on a copy of Manhunt 2 for the Wii as we speak, so expect a nice long, somewhat ranty (he’s very big on free speech and censorship, you see) review in the very near future.
